In the process of aluminum electrolysis production, anode rod is the connecting conductor between anode carbon block and large busbar of the electrolysis cell, and its crimped conductivity will directly affect the energy consumption of electrolysis production and the safe and stable operation of the electrolysis cell. The surface of the anode rod is easy to be dirty, which will increase the contact voltage drop between anode rod and large busbar (increase in the contact resistance). When used, it will not only consume a lot of electric power, but also cause the contact surface to heat up due to the increase in resistance, which will bring potential safety hazards. Therefore, reducing the contact voltage drop between anode rod and large busbar has always been a key issue in the electrolytic production, and most of the enterprises in China use manual mechanical grinding to treat the surface of the aluminum guide rod, which has high artificial cost and inconvenient operation, and the mechanical grinding is abrasive for the substrate of the aluminum guide rod, so the actual effect is not ideal.
